Meet Kimberley

Hi I am Kimberley, I am committed to creating a safe and welcoming space where you can explore all aspects of yourself. Your autonomy is paramount, and I work collaboratively with you to develop a personalised treatment plan that addresses your unique needs. Psychotherapy is a journey of self-discovery, and I honor the complexity and richness of the human experience as a foundation for growth and change. Rather than focusing solely on problem-solving, I view therapy as a space to foster self-compassion for all parts of yourself, understand how past experiences shape present patterns, and cultivate resilience for a fulfilling life.

As an integrative psychotherapist, I draw on a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Attachment, Trauma, Psychodynamic, Somatic, Internal Family Systems, and Transpersonal models. My person-centered foundation ensures that your needs always come first. I can help you with a broad range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, grief, and existential concerns. I incorporate harm reduction and the integration of non-ordinary states into my work.

I have a Bachelor of Psychotherapy and Counselling, and was honoured with the Nationwide Award for Excellence across domains of practice, academic performance, leadership, Ikon values and graduate attributes. I have an Advanced Diploma in Group Facilitation, training in Interpersonal Group Psychotherapy, and have run womens groups and rites of passage groups for over a decade. My training includes Couples Therapy, Integrative Metacognition Therapy and Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy. I served as the Education Director for the Australian Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Practitioners. I am currently completing a Masters of Social Work and will go on to complete a PhD.

Born in London with a mixed heritage, my diverse background, including living and working internationally as the founder of an NGO, allows me to connect with people from various cultures. My personal meditation practice grounds me in my cottage in the luscious forests of Regional Victoria. My permaculture training reminds me of our interconnectedness with the ecological system in which we are all nested.
