Interpersonal Group Therapy

75 minute session - $70

Interpersonal group psychotherapy offers a supportive environment for to practice the skills learned in individual therapy. Develop self-awareness, improve interpersonal skills, gain new perspectives, receive support from peers, leading to enhanced emotional well-being and healthier relationships. This approach is based on the theory that our relationships and interactions with others significantly impact our mental health.
